SHIPPING, DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

COST

Oil & Herb uses Australia Post and Fastway Couriers for all deliveries within Australia. Our delivery charges are based on weight and are calculated at checkout.

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENTS

We accept payment via Visa or MasterCard and Apple Pay and process all payments using Stripe Australia - an online payment processor for online businesses.

SHIPPING TIME

Unless we inform you prior to placing your order, it will typically be fulfilled and shipped out to you within 1-2 business days.

If an item is unavailable for shipment on receipt of your order, we will contact you immediately before processing your order.

All orders will be provided with a tracking number as soon as they are fulfilled.

RETURNS

If you have ordered the wrong product, canceled your order prior to delivery, but after it has been dispatched, or simply changed your mind, you may return it at your own expense, unopened and unused in its original unmarked condition, along with proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery of the original product to you.

Contact us via email at oil3herb@gmail.com and provide us with your name, contact number, receipt of purchase, order number and reason for return. All returns must be in their original packaging and include all accessories.

Faulty or Damaged Items will be replaced at no additional cost to you. If you receive an item that is damaged, unsealed or contaminated in any way, email oil3herb@gmail.com or phone 0478350925 to arrange return shipment and replacement.

CONDITIONS

7 days run from the day the goods are delivered to the nominated delivery address.

We will not refund the cost of freight, either to or from you, unless you have received a damaged or faulty product.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS

If the order was incorrect or incomplete, we will either, at no cost to you, replace the incorrect items with the correct items, supply the correct items, or refund your purchase.

If the correct items remain available, we will give you the choice either to accept the correct items or to receive a refund for a missing item.
